PRC Repubbliche played a pivotal role in the management and organisation of the events related to the Italy-Malta Operational Programme, offering a full range of services to ensure the success of the events, from the preparatory phase to closure.
Closing Event of the INTERREG VA Italy-Malta Programme (2015)
The closing event, held at the Albergo delle Povere in Palermo on 17 December 2015, was a key moment to take stock of the activities carried out and valorise the results achieved. PRC Repubbliche oversaw:
- Selection of the conference venue and customised set-ups.
- Advanced technical services, including installation of simultaneous translation booths and permanent technical assistance.
- Logistics organisation, including hostesses, catering, and printed communication materials.
- Promotion and communication, through digital invitations, telephone calls to confirm participation, and comprehensive follow-up with reports and documentation.
Launch of the INTERREG VI Italy-Malta Programme (2023)
In 2023, PRC Repubbliche managed the inaugural event of the new INTERREG VI programme, held in several prestigious venues:
- Former Oratory of Sts. Helena and Constantine in Palermo (30 May 2023), a historical venue carefully set up to reflect the importance of cooperation between Italy and Malta.
- Molo Vittorio Veneto Cruise Terminal (6 December 2023), chosen to represent dynamism and openness towards the Mediterranean.
Throughout the life cycle of the programme, PRC Repubbliche organised committees, meetings and seminars, providing hospitality for Maltese speakers and partners, as well as coordinating interpreting and logistics activities. This activity, carried out in the framework of the project ‘Service for the organisation of committees, meetings and seminars’ awarded in 2011, made it possible to create a cultural and operational bridge between Italy and Malta, with events that were carefully planned down to the last detail to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
