From 10 to 11 April 2001, PRC Repubbliche took care of the space set-up and logistical management of the International Conference at the prestigious Palazzo dei Normanni in Palermo.
The organisation included the setting up of a dedicated secretariat, the promotion of the event and the printing of customised materials. Logistics were handled with precision, including transport services, hotel reservations, a qualified hostess team, and interpreting services.
Meetings were organised at various institutional venues, ensuring the coordination of all technical aspects, with permanent equipment and assistance. Operational supervision ensured the success of the event, with careful follow-up for optimal closure of activities.
