On 28 November 2014, Palermo hosted the Euro-Mediterranean Conference on Agriculture, a major international event that brought together the Ministers of Agriculture of 27 Euro-Mediterranean countries. PRC Repubbliche ensured the success of the event thanks to a complete and accurate management, taking care of the logistical planning and organisation, with the management of transport, hotel reservations and reception. It took care of setting up the venues with technical equipment and permanent assistance, promoting the event and printing customised materials, as well as managing the press office. The agency also coordinated the hostess service, multilingual interpreting and side activities, providing flawless operational support. Finally, PRC managed the administrative follow-up, ensuring a timely and professional closure of the event.
