PRC Repubbliche contributed to the Sicilian Region’s participation in Expo 2015, taking care of the design of the exhibition layouts for the Cluster Bio Mediterraneo, a thematic area dedicated to the agri-food culture and sustainability of the Mediterranean.
The project required an accurate and multidisciplinary work, starting from the conception and graphic design, with the realisation of communication materials in various media. The activity included the selection of images, texts and identifying elements capable of narrating the Sicilian territory in an authentic and evocative way, enhancing its traditions, biodiversity and uniqueness.
A strong point of the project was the creation of a typical Mediterranean food market: an evocative and immersive setting, capable of transporting visitors into the reality of Sicilian food and wine culture. The design was conceived to combine functionality and aesthetics, respecting the principles of sustainability and innovation that characterised the entire Expo.
PRC Repubbliche also ensured the constant presence of a technical manager on site during all phases of assembly and testing, to ensure the smooth running of operations and compliance with the highest quality standards.
PRC Repubbliche’s commitment made possible an Expo experience that celebrated Sicily as a Mediterranean protagonist, representing it at its best on an international stage.
